【简介/ Introduction】

BL-925是以咪唑啉类为主要成分并配以防垢剂、破乳剂等组成的一种多功能复合防垢缓蚀剂，它能有效的抑制汽油加氢系统中含有的噻吩、羟基酸、硫化氢、二氧化碳及其它有机酸等所造成的设备腐蚀。

BL-925 is a kind of composite multi-function corrosion inhibitor. Its main component is imidazoline. The following components are scale inhibitor and demulsifier. When used in gasoline hydrogenation systems containing thiophene, carboxylic acid, carbon dioxide and other organic acids, it can prevent acid substances from eroding the equipments.

【用法/Application】

1、BL-925缓蚀剂分两处加入。一股加到物料进硫化氢气体塔之前，另一股加到气体塔的塔顶，采用注入泵连续注入法加料。使用本剂必须足量添加，中途停止或降低添加量会影响缓蚀效果。

BL-925 is used in atmosphere and vacuum distillation units and circulation water system of ethylene pyrolysis process in the refinery factories.

2、操作现场应通风良好，切勿接触皮肤。

    Don’t mix it with other additives. Avoid contacting skin and clothes. Operate in ventilative places and follow professional technicians’ instruction.
