【简介/ Introduction】
BL-628Z乙烯装置碱洗塔黄油抑制剂采用醇胺类化合物、酰肼类化合物和烷基胺类化合物进行组配制备乙烯装置碱洗塔用黄油抑制剂。BL-628Z可以同时抑制碱洗塔中油相和水相中的缩醛和缩酮的反应，并能具有抗氧作用，捕捉物料中的过氧自由基，从而全方位的抑制黄油产生的各种因素，从根本上抑制黄油的生成，消除因大量黄油造成的装置堵塞现象，延长装置的运行时间，减少废碱液的排放量以及新鲜碱的补充量，减少因大量含黄油的废碱液对环境的污染。
Grease inhibitor BL-628Z for caustic wash tower of ethylene plant is made of alcohol amine, hydrazide and alkyl amine. BL-628Z can inhibit aldol reaction in water and oil phases of caustic wash tower. BL-628Z is antioxidative and can get rid of oxidation radical, so that BL-628Z will inhibit grease creation totally. Thus, BL-628Z has ability to eliminate the blockage of caustic wash tower, prolong the run cycle of equipment, and reduce consumption of fresh lye and discharge of waste lye, which will protect environment.
