本品是乙烯装置压缩机用阻垢剂，含有抗氧成分、金属钝化成分和清净分散成分。BL-628Y具有极强的捕捉活性自由基的能力，活性自由基一旦与其接触就迅速生成稳定基团，并且不可逆，从根本上消除了自由基反应。而且该剂粘度低、耐低温、与介质相容性好，其性能价格比居国内之首。

BL-628Y is polymerization inhibitor for ethylene installation compressors. It is composed of antioxidant, metal passivator, and detergent and dispersant. BL-628Y has a strongest capability of hunting up active free radicals. Once active free radicals contact with BL-628Y, they can react into stable radicals. The reaction is nonreversible, which eradicates free radicals reactions. Moreover, the agent is low viscosity and low temperature-resistant, and has great capability with media, besides its ratio of performance and price ranks No.1 at home.

本品注入到压缩机进料口的管线上，并通过五段压缩机的不同工况，适时调整各段的注入浓度，解决阻垢剂在整个系统中的快速扩散问题，让阻垢剂在第一时间与介质充分接触，有效地抑制烯烃的聚合，确保装置的长周期稳定运行。

   The agent is injected into the feed-in pipelines of compressors. Adjust its dosage in time according to different operation conditions of five compressors, which can settle scale inhibitor rapid diffusion in the whole system. The agent contacts with media well in the first time using the injected method, which can inhibit alkenes polymerizing and insure equipments long-term stable operation.
