【简介/ Introduction】

BL-928产品用于替代进口镁粉作为配置聚烯烃催化剂的关键原料，其具有有如下特点：a.粉末细，粒度分布窄；b.纯度高，活性镁含量高，氧化镁含量低；c.制备催化剂时，反应完全、充分，催化剂活性高，树脂灰份少。经权威部门检测，其性能指标明显高于国际通用标准和英国BP工艺标准的技术要求。BL-928产品质量稳定、性能价格比高，产品成本低于进口同类产品。

BL-928 is one of the key materials used for preparing polyolefin catalyst. Its performances are following: 1) thin powder and narrow grain size arrange.2) high purity, high content of active magnesium and low content of MgO.3) when prepare catalyst, it can react fully.4) the catalyst has high activity and less resinous ash. The performances of BL-928 are better than the international standard and the technical standard of BP from British. The quality of BL-928 is stable and ratio of the capability and price is high. The cost of BL-928 is the lowest in the same type products.

1、建议添加量：30-50PPM，可依据试验结果确定实际用量。

Propositional additive quantity is 30-50ppm. The actual dosage is determined according to experiment results.

2、本品注入脱戊烷塔气相线冷凝器入口和回流泵出口回流管线中，两处注入量均为30-50PPM。

BL-628C is injected into the entrance to depentanizer’s condensers and reflux pipelines of reflux pumps. The injected dosages are both 30-50ppm.
