【产品简介/ Introduction】

我公司研制出了居世界领先的杀活技术，推出了专门用于Spheripol工艺聚丙烯装置杀活剂BL-825A。BL-825A是一种有机脂肪胺类的表面活性剂，它与Atmer-163相类似。用于杀除聚合反应完成后，残存的活性烷基金属催化剂，另外还可以阻止聚合物闪蒸后再聚合，从而防止粘壁现象。BL-825A加注在环管反应器出口处、低压洗涤塔入口处可有效杀灭管线物料中的活性催化剂；在气相反应器入口处加入可防止粘壁现象的发生；在废油罐中加入可处理废油中过量催化剂；还可在挤出造粒设备中作为抗静电剂使用。

Our company has researched a high effective deactivator BL-825A for Spheripol process. BL-825A is a kind of organic amine, which can eliminate residual active-alkyl-metal catalyst left in the reaction system after propylene polymerization. It can also prevent polymer from adhering to reactor. The BL-825A is used in the pipeline after reactor outlet, entrance of low-pressure scrubber, gas phase copolymerization reactor and waste oil can.
